We utilize USPS for shipping of most items. Shipping costs will show as $0 at check out. After your purchase is made please watch your inbox for communication from email@example.com for shipping details. We will request you send via email the recipient’s name and shipping address. Items are shipped from Grand Junction, Colorado within 5-7 days. If you require rushed shipping please let us know. We are happy to work with you to ensure your item arrives in a timely manner. It is the buyer’s responsibility to send the correct address and to ensure a safe place for the piece to be delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Being a small business of two artists, we are unable to offer free shipping rates at this time.
We are not set up to do international shipping at this time.
If you are local (Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade) and would prefer a pick-up/drop-off contact us via email to make arrangements.
We take care and consideration with our packing to protect your product(s). We reuse clean packing material and new sustainable packing products as much as feasible to protect your purchase and our planet. We want the unpacking of the piece to be just as pleasant of an experience as enjoying the artwork in your home.
Purchasing a Gift? If you are purchasing a gift for someone please let us know via email and we would be happy to ship it directly to your recipient with a personalized note, business card, and care instructions. You will be emailed all sale information, but this will not be included in the package shipped. We do not do gift wrapping at this time.
Refunds & Exchanges
Please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item if artwork arrives damaged in shipping so that we can contact the shipping company. Please send images of the broken piece, packing materials, and the box. Please make sure to keep all packing materials with the box and broken item. We will give a full refund or exchange the piece if broken in transit.
If you purchased artwork and are not happy with the product, please reach out to us. We want you to enjoy the piece you purchased and be satisfied with your product. We will accept the return of the item. Buyer is in charge of packing and return shipping. A refund will be processed after the piece is safely returned to us. Shipping and packing will not be refunded.
Please make sure to read all of the care instructions included with the piece. We cannot replace artwork damaged from use.
Commissions or special request items are not refundable or returnable.
Conditions of Use
After you receive the artwork we are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury occurred to the piece(s) or to you by the piece(s). The piece(s) do not have a warranty and are sold “as is”. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the seller within 7 days of receiving the artwork if damaged in transit.
Protecting our customers is one of our top priorities and we keep all sales and shipping information private. Your contact information will never be shared. If you would like to receive email notifications from us please subscribe on our Home page. We will not use contact information from sales to send you updates about By All Means Arts, unless requested by the buyer.
